What areas do you serve?
We serve properties across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Travel fees may apply depending on location. Parking and toll fees, if applicable, will be billed separately. For long distance trips over 100 miles per destination, hospitality fees and hourly rates may apply.
Do you charge travel fee?
Depending on the location, travel fees within the Poconos range from $75 to $95. Please contact us or book online to receive an exact quote.
Do you charge cancelation fee?
We require a full payment to secure any service booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, just give us 24 hours’ notice to avoid 15% cancellation or reschedule fees.
Complimentary transfer to the client’s Matterport account*
We will transfer the virtual 3D tour to the client’s Matterport account at no additional cost. The client must have an active Matterport Professional subscription that supports scans captured with the Matterport Pro3 camera. The account must be created and owned by the client.
We will host the space at no charge for up to one month following delivery. After this period, the space will be archived and will no longer be publicly accessible unless hosting is continued. Optional hosting on the client’s behalf is available at $29.99 per month.
